Practice the true profession of critical care nursing, and lead the nursing staff as a House Supervisor. Further develop your leadership skills, get involved with financial, scheduling, staff and patient management responsibilities while remaining hands on as critical care nurse. Select Specialty and Regency Hospitalscare for patients who are critically ill and need extended acute hospitalization for their recovery. We are currently seeking a House Supervisor(RN) to join our team. Responsibilities:

As the House Supervisor, you will report directly to the Chief Nursing Office and ensure the administration of quality of patient care. You will also, oversee, guide and mentor the nursing staff for your assigned shift to ensure the plan of care for the patient population.

  • Effectively manages resources during assigned shift
  • Creates a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth
  • Constantly monitors work place to ensure all company policies and procedures are being maintained
  • Serves as a clinical resource
  • Works cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs and improve operations
  • Ensure all regulatory requirements are met

Qualifications:

As a House Supervisor, you must be able to deliver superior quality in all that you do. We are seeking results-driven team players who treat patients as if they were their own family members. Qualified candidates must be passionate about providing a superior quality of care. You must also be a resourceful problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Critical care/progressive clinical care experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS
  • Positive, caring and customer-service-oriented attitude
