Sales/Marketing Manager – Acting Studio
Prestigious Acting School seeking energetic, sales and marketing minded Marketing Manager to bring a renowned 35-year institution to the next level. The position requires exceptional organizational skills, outside-the-box creativity, and strong written and verbal communication. Under minimal supervision from the Studio Manager and Artistic Director, the position plans, executes, and coordinates marketing and recruitment strategies as well as events such as quarterly Master Classes and annual Alumni Celebrations, and other recruitment opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive annual marketing plans
- Place advertisements and conduct campaigns
- Lead email strategy for internal and external outreach and recruitment
- Lead enrollment/sales outreach, overseeing activity at events, pursuing/responding to inquiries, and conducting interviews with potential candidates
- Monitor analytics and report outcomes to improve campaign performance
- Aid in all office administrative duties including but not limited to: answering phones, collecting payments, booking makeup classes, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested by leadership
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in an office setting
- Ability to work effectively and independently with professionals of varied disciplines
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple communication and marketing channels, with excellent writing and editing skills
- Experience with email marketing and design
- Effective project management skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
