JLG Industrial Solutions Team is seeking people with energy, enthusiasm and dedication to build and support the expansion of our Low-Level Access initiative through education, awareness and advocacy of our innovative products designed to offer workers a safer and productive alternative to ladders.

Focus on JLG’s Low-level Access vision with innovative solutions including the EcoLift® and LiftPod® through targeted construction site and key industrial customers to generate demand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform sales and marketing activities to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets. Conduct hands-on machine demonstrations highlighting features/benefits, qualify application-specific requirements and safety features. Implement selling tactics that focus on delivering the maximum sales of JLG Industrial Solutions products with demand generation campaigns at our national, and independent partners. Develop and maintain strong value add relationships with all levels of store/branch management. Participate in JLG University train-the-trainer classes to receive AWP operator certification. Support the implementation of strategic new product and marketing initiatives. Initiate and provide branch and end-user product demonstration sessions to educate branch personnel and management. Actively participate in conventions, grand openings, open houses, trade shows, etc. Develop key marketplace knowledge (users, applications, products, competition, and channels). Analyze market potential and communicate competitor market data All other duties and responsibilities that are reasonably assigned by the employer or its designee

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, sales, marketing, or related field
Must be able and willing to travel up to 80%
Self-motivated recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
