The Role
The Training Specialist supports our Recruitment Process Outsourcing client based in Columbus, IN. This position will focus on developing and executing training for all Recruiters on the RPO account. The ideal candidate will have a talent acquisition background.

Key Accountabilities
Coordinates logistics, materials, participant, and faculty communication for training offerings.

Coordination with the L&D team and Project Directors on planning and execution of recruitment training for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing teams.

Stay up to date on learning and development trends and industry changes, against the broader context of the Talent Acquisition industry.

Provide delivery support and facilitation for induction programs.

Partner with internal functional subject matter experts to review and evaluate existing and create new learning objectives and content with a continual objective of keeping current and aligned to business strategy and objectives.

Measure effectiveness of all training offerings by gathering metrics data (attendance, completion, certification paperwork, etc.) and creating metrics reports.

Collaborate with team to design and produce repeatable materials for consistency with the different business units.

Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in the recruitment industry

2+ years of experience with instructional design and facilitation

Skilled & experienced in presenting and facilitating

Prior Talent Acquisition experience preferred

Self-directed with strong organizational/multi-tasking skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Bachelor's degree preferred
