The Kitting department is responsible for picking parts to create kits for all of the departments in production (executives, stapled, strung) to build our products as needed to meet custom requirements for our customers.
All Kitting employees need to have sound hand-eye coordination and be able to cope with moderate physical effort.

Desired Education and Skills:
A high school diploma/degree or GED is preferred
Basic math skills to be able to count quickly and accurately.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Read an order and accurately identify the parts for fulfilling customer orders.
Follows work orders, task and assigned plans.
Inspect products during the kitting process for any product defects and immediately report defects to supervisor.
Pay close attention to details so that orders are selected accurately according to the order form to minimize errors
Know or learn to effectively and safely operate facility material handling equipment (pallet jack).
Complies with company policies, procedures, work instructions and training requirements
Adhere to all safety policies and practices
Vision, hearing and speaking to meet performance standard
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Required to stand for extended periods of time, to walk frequently, to bend, to reach and to lift.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Typical warehouse environment that contains dust, odors, moderate level noise, and temperature & ventilation variations with adequate lighting.
