The Executive Assistant is a person deeply committed to completing tasks with a high degree of quality, attention to detail and consistent communication. This person will establish repeatable systems for complex processes and enjoys a degree of autonomy and responsibility to ensure all work is done timely and accurately. The Executive Assistant’s role is to support the lead agent by managing the listings, contracts, bookkeeping and other day-to-day office administrative tasks allowing business growth through the lead agent’s pursuit of additional opportunities. As the team grows, this individual will have the opportunity to assume responsibility for hiring, training, and leading additional team members to ensure all administrative tasks of the lead agent’s business continue to be completed to our exacting standards with maximum efficiency.

Managing listings and contracts from signed listing to offer to close includes processing all paperwork, ensuring all deadlines are met, communicating with all parties, coordinating vendors, reviewing paperwork for accuracy, immediately notifying the lead agent of potential issues or concerns and ensuring each client experiences professional service and an outstanding result.

This position requires a flexible schedule. Some evenings and weekends will be required.

Arizona Residential Real Estate license is required - this is not a sales or commission based position

Experience listing and selling homes as a licensed realtor in AZ preferred

Salary: $30,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year
