Full Job Description
The Receptionist will greet and welcome guests, answer phones, coordinate mail and deliveries, and support the data entry team with attorney time entry. This position is key in providing continual coverage for the reception desk and supporting security protocols to ensure all visitors follow sign-in procedures. The ideal candidate is conscientious and customer service oriented. Based onsite in our Devon, Pennsylvania office, this is a full-time position working 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with excellent benefits.
The position is expected to begin in mid August.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitor front door access, granting admittance to delivery personnel and guests.
Greet guests and ensure vendors are verified, accommodated and announced.
Answer phones and provide continual coverage for the reception desk.
Support Data Entry team to input time entries for attorneys.
Receive packages and mail, sort and provide announcements of items received to the recipients.
Assist with preparation of packages and schedule pick-ups.
Help maintain a clean and organized office space.
Handle administrative tasks in support of the Office Manager, HR, Data Entry and Billing.
Assist other team members with workload balancing and perform special projects on an as needed basis.
Exercise good judgement in escalating potential issues to management.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
2 years or more experience in a professional administrative setting.
High school degree or equivalent.
Must have highest integrity, including ability to treat confidential information appropriately.
Strong computer skills including recent experience working with Outlook emails/calendaring, Microsoft Office Word/Excel, and a working understanding of databases, required. ProLaw experience is a plus but not required.
A team player who can effectively communicate and who is driven to provide strong customer service.
Demonstrates the ability to effectively write professional correspondence.
Excellent typing skills, formatting and accuracy are a strong plus.
Able to use standard office equipment including laptop, mobile devices and printer/copier/scanners.
