Email Channel Marketing
Own content development, asset trafficking and reporting on results for customer communications. Manage execution of all emails through current email platform with flexibility to manage transition to a new email platform in 2H 2023. This requires a thorough understanding of all segment messages and offers and will tie into development of content for the Wyndham Business monthly customer newsletter.
Account-Based Marketing & Platform Management
Own development and execution of marketing plans targeting meeting planners through third-party accounts as well as travel advisors through Travel Management Company (TMC)/Consortia accounts. This includes partnering with sales to develop revenue-driving annual marketing plans within commercial agreements for the team’s managed accounts, tracking deliverables and timing, working with creative agencies to brief assets and deliver assets based on unique specs for each deliverable, as well as reporting on the performance of these marketing plans based on the information available from each account partner.
Manage content for WH&R’s Travel Agent University education program – Wyndham Wise - through Questex, which targets travel advisors. This includes ensuring company, brand and loyalty content is up to date, all image and video content and industry insights are current, as well as managing the annual marketing plan through Questex. Requires close partnership with TMC/Consortia sales team.
Analytics & Reporting
Support Wyndham Business Marketing team:
Pull basic data to deliver results on marketing efforts by segment. Requires use of existing Adobe Analytics dashboard and ability to translate results into leadership-facing presentation monthly, quarterly, and annually.
Create tracking links using Claravine for email assets as needed; ensure they feed correctly into reporting dashboards.
Cvent Group & Meetings-Focused Marketing
Support Wyndham Business Marketing team:
Maintain and optimize WHR’s global microsite content on Cvent Supplier Network (CSN) and ensure parity with Wyndham Business meetings-focused landing page and white label RFP platform.
Manage and execute on annual marketing plan for WHR’s presence on CSN with a focus on promoting The Meetings Collection. Review and report on campaign results based on data from Cvent.
Creative Support:
Support Wyndham Business Marketing team:
Banner asset development for lead generation campaigns.
Source images for brand and hotel features, as well as global opening highlights in the Wyndham Business Update customer newsletter. Requires collaboration internally with consumer marketing team at times and brand operations and openings teams.
Administrative Support
Contribute to execution of administrative team tasks related to reporting, budget management and sales presentations. Assistance with asset uploads within Showpad as needed.
