Summary :
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for building HauteLook’s social strategy, testing plans, as well as execution to enhance brand awareness, drive new member conversion and engage existing members. This position will manage and support a Social Media Specialist and will work closely with digital marketing, site merchandising, business insights, creative, production, and member care teams.

Develop and communicate unique social media strategy (paid and organic) for current and new social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube
Act as the voice of HauteLook through the day-to-day execution, content production and moderation of social media updates (including weekends)
Successfully manage co-promotions through strong collaboration with groups across the company as well as outside partners
Provide thought leadership and identify opportunities, best-practices, tools and trends in the social space and recommend measurable test plans to trial new initiatives
Maintain and optimize social editorial calendar (content, promotions, influencer, giveaways, UGC, commerce, etc.); analyze key metrics and updated performance reports
Manage KPIs and campaign recaps, optimizing performance of specific tactics against annual goals
Cultivate strong working relationships and communication channels with Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack social and marketing teams
Lead social listening; partner with Member Care to resolve member issues and provide relevant feedback to marketing, brand and product teams
Implement and measure onsite social tools, support marketing promotion of social channels, track/share competitor social activity, and maintain HauteLook's position as the most social flash site
Develop and execute influencer partnerships, including flash event campaigns, brand ambassador programs, and events
Serve as primary contact for third-party social media partners and vendors

5+ years of social media experience, strong content creation for fashion preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of how to maintain and grow social media presence across all major social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.
Demonstrated success in creating and executing influencer strategies; PR and event experience a plus
Excellent writing, copy editing and proofreading skills
Entrepreneurial, energetic and agile
Forward-thinker with the ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity or uncertainty
Ability to balance day-to-day execution and big-picture, strategic thinking
Ability to manage large budgets and campaign spends
Experience with native social media reporting tools such as Ads Manager and social media measurement tools such as Simply Measured, Curalate, Google Analytics, etc.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Bachelor's degree required; preferably in Marketing or Business
