What you’ll do as our Digital Account Manager
You’ll be the primary point of contact with a portfolio of clients with the goal of developing long-term relationships with them to seek out additional opportunities for us to apply our services.
You’ll act as the liaison between our clients and our project managers/consultants to ensure the timely and successful delivery of websites, webapps, and mobile apps according to customer needs.
You’ll work with our Sales team and Consultants to put sales proposals together, define high level requirements, and get quotes to existing clients
Depending on the size of the clients or projects you may have to pitch in on project management, quality control, or help out doing a little consulting work/research
2+ years experience in sales or sales support role; Experience writing sales proposals and pitches for websites, digital marketing, mobile apps, support services
Experience working with clients on websites and mobile app projects
2+ years as an account manager (or similar role) in an agency environment (marketing, design/development agency)
Proven ability to manage multiple things at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with audiences of all levels, including strong presentation development and delivery as well as business and technical writing
Love interacting with clients, good at listening, and understanding client’s business needs
Excellent organization, time, and risk management skills.
Some project management experience
Excellent with Word, Powerpoint, Excel
Knows Wordpress pretty well
Understands websites, website technology, mobile apps, and broadly how apply them
Must use a keen attention to detail to find bugs, errors, and missed requirements on websites in preparation for client review or launch
Bachelor’ s degree in one of: Computer Science, Marketing, Design, Business/management field; or equivalent work experience
