Associate will be working with Business Leads and provide support for new projects enhancements which include documenting detail business requirements documenting functional solution preparing user acceptance test scenarios conducting Testing
Good understanding of the Cards domain
The detailed list of skills required are provided below
Should have worked 5 to 6 years on Cards with minimum 3 years on VisionPLUS
Should be able to create detailed Business requirements from High level requirements
Should be able to create Functional Solutions
Should work closely with developers on design discussions
Should be able to create as is and to be process maps
Good Business Analysis skills required for supporting Clients
Should have fair understanding on Software Development and Maintenance lifecycle and Software Testing Life cycle
Exposure to Agile methodology is added advantage
Others skills like Good Communication Analytical Ability and Mentoring Skills will be added advantage
