Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and experience in various kitchen settings.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent dining experiences
- Follow proper food handling procedures
- Assist in developing new dishes and menus
Experience
- Proven experience as a Cook or relevant role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification from a culinary school is a plus
