Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This role will focus on delivering high-quality training to support our mission of providing exceptional immigration services to Latino immigrants in the US.
This is an onsite position based in Berwyn, Illinois or Tukwila, WA
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and current employees, including orientation, compliance, and professional development.

Conduct training sessions using various methods such as workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.

Migrate existing content into the new LMS of the company aligning with adult learning principles.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback from participants.

Maintain updated records of training activities and progress.

Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in corporate training and internal procedures.

Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, manuals, and guides.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Qualifications:

Excellent English/Spanish fluency for business.

2+ years of experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.

Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt training programs to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Knowledge in using training software and e-learning platforms.

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not mandatory.

Knowledge of US immigration policies and procedures is a plus.
