We are searching for a few exceptional Client Service associates for our southeast Austin, TX office due to growth. We are looking for someone who can be a voice for our customers. Strong problem-solving skills and will be critical for this role. Strong Excel skills and experience supporting clients is required. This is business to business communication. Second Round offers a weekday only schedule. Potential for a generous monthly bonus. No nights or weekends. We offer fully paid health (employee only base level plan) and life insurance. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls from clients
- Process files and payments using Excel and internal systems
- Provide accurate and complete information using our systems
- Independently work through assignments to achieve maximum client satisfaction
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies
Skills
- Proven client support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Ability to pass background check, credit check and drug screening
- Strong Excel experience is required!
- Strong phone skills and active listening
- Dependability is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Bi-lingual is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Qualifications

- Experience in client services and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with B2B interactions
