(Commissions paid in a set number of days - 3 to 5 days avg from contracts being signed; there are no milestones like waiting for a site survey to be approved). We also haveourown installation crewsthat cover the entire state of Florida with some of the fastest contract to on-the-roof install times; Sub 30 dayshappens regularly across all our markets in the US.

WHO ARE YOU?

First and foremost, you are a Residential Solar (and/or Roofing and HVAC) Business or Top Performing Solar Sales Professionalthat thrives on making a six figure income. You are responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for Palmetto's prospective customers.

YOUR SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quickly develop relationships with new prospective customers
  • Meet with homeowners to deliver presentations and present proposals
  • Discover, understand, and execute on optimal financing and system design solutions for customers
  • Leverage Palmetto’s easy to use, all-encompassing sales technology platform (Alchemy)
  • Tightly manage customer expectations and sales cycle procedures for a multitude of customers at once
  • Self-generate new sales opportunities by cultivate referral opportunities from new and existing clients
  • Willing to visit and present prospective homeowners in prospects homes
  • Develop a deep industry knowledge, with an emphasis on the technical aspects of solar power and financing

YOUR PERSONAL QUALITIES & CHARACTERISTICS

  • Solar sales experience preferred
  • Solar, Roofing & HVAC companies and sales reps
  • B2C sales experience; home security systems, landscaping, pest control
  • Exceptional networking and lead generation skills
  • Highly responsible and professional
  • Extremely well-organized; able to tightly manage a multitude of relationships at once
  • Self-starting; highly proactive; eager and willing to try new things to promote personal success; a fighter
  • A strong affinity and familiarity with new technology
