Position Description:
As a Custom Application Development Business Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, ensuring quality, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The business analyst will collaborate with business counterparts globally to ensure successful implementation of projects while achieving target service levels on various change requests and/ or Projects. Position Requirements:
This position requires the following skills:

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Business Management.

Excellent communication skills.

Configure and implement complex custom applications.

Highly organized.

Strong self-management skills.

Exceptional problem- solving skill set to include critical thinking and analytical reasoning. Experience with software development.

Familiar with Agile Principals and Methodologies.

General understanding of development processes, databases and APIs are beneficial.
