As an employee of Coborn's, Inc., the Coffee Barista assists customers with their beverage and food orders. Duties include greeting customers, preparing all beverage/food orders in accordance to the customer order. Will answer questions about the beverages, operate all machines, and know and understand the recipes of the beverages.The Coffee Barista ensures that all company expectations are followed to the highest standard.

The Coffee Barista position requires the need to provide exceptional customer service by treating all customers and co-workers with dignity and respect. Must be self-motivated, energetic and customer service oriented. Ability to efficiently operate a cash register and accurately handle all forms of payment transactions. Must have a demonstrated knowledge of coffee shop food and drink preparation.

The Coffee Barista Lead position requires a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or one to three months coffee shop experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This position requires the need to provide exceptional customer service by treating all customers and co-workers with dignity and respect.
