As a Sprint intern you'll have the opportunity to gain practical experience in our 10-12 week internship program in a challenging, fun and fast-paced work environment. This includes entry level professional duties and project work in various capacities. And you'll get to work with our awesome technology solutions, systems, and processes. In addition to your manager, you'll also have a mentor to provide guidance and coaching along the way. In between solving real business problems and getting hands on experience, the Sprint internship program hosts networking events, development opportunities and community involvement activities.

The Learning & Development Project Manager will manage the development and implementation process involving departmental or cross-functional teams for Sprint University focused on the implementation of training programs to Sprint partners, execution of learning technology initiatives, the migration of our content and files to new SharePoint, implementation of our information architecture and tagging strategy and support various learning analysis initiatives. The project manager will work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data and organization of content may be required. The project manager will monitor the project from initiation through delivery or monitor assigned deliverables within the project during internship. Duties can include assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project, progress status reports/presentations, follow-up communications, implementation tasks as assigned, metrics and budgetary considerations. Communication skills with lead Project Manager and/or functional manager will be essential to ensure status of projects are being executed against determined milestone deliverables.

Basic Qualifications
Enrolled in college or college graduate within the last twenty-four months

Preferred Qualifications
3.0 GPA or above preferred
Organization and time management
Project and/or process management
Data analysis
Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Microsoft O365 knowledge
Strong Communicator verbal and written
Ability to collaborate and lead project teams
Troubleshoot and help solution potential roadblocks
Technical understanding of IT tools preferred
Candidates with high learning agility preferred
