The General Manager leading Archway’s North Las Vegas business is accountable for strategic direction, client service delivery, business growth, operational excellence, financial performance, and team development.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
The General Manager is the senior-most leader accountable for Archway’s P&L performance in North Las Vegas. The role requires exceptional leadership, judgment, communication, decision making, motivation, and drive. The General Manager is based in North Las Vegas and responsible for more than 6 clients in one 218,000 sq. ft. facility.

Client Service & Relationships
  • The General Manager is the senior-most client services leader in his/her business
  • Develop, mobilize, and motivate teams to deliver world class service
  • Understand client business needs and translate them to Archway solutions. Leverage deep knowledge of service offerings to manage and grow client accounts through compelling value propositions
  • Be a trusted advisor our clients recognize as an excellent operator and innovative thought leader
  • Establish and achieve ambitious goals aligned with client needs
  • Ensure high quality work at all times
  • Accountable for quality of client relationships, client retention, and client growth
  • The General Manager is the senior-most operations leader in his/her business
  • Master knowledge of operating standards and work procedures for clients
  • Responsible for organization of work processes, productivity, and quality
  • Responsible for site operations, including on-floor production, transportation, inventory control, quality control, safety, and site condition
  • Sponsor and drive continuous improvement. Actively manage portfolio of improvement initiatives to deliver greater client service, productivity gains, and operating advancements
  • Responsible for accurate, safe, on-time, and profitable execution of client business
Strategy & Execution
  • Grow business through new and existing clients. Proactively collaborate with business development teams
  • Develop and deliver business unit strategy aligned to corporate strategy
  • Define and execute plan to deliver strategic results leveraging available resources and client relationships
  • Develop and leverage strategic partnerships to provide innovative client solutions in the market
  • Master knowledge of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT)
  • Define strategic plan to maximize value and service in the market
  • Collaborate with peers, leaders, and team members across the organization to deliver value
Financial Management
  • Accountable for financial performance of entire P&L (Revenue, costs, investment, EBITDA)
  • Meet profitability standards and growth objectives; manage pricing, contracting, and negotiation; make sound recommendations and decisions for investments in client business
  • Plan operating and investment budget to achieve business unit and corporate goals
  • Develop and groom strong leaders and team members to achieve excellence
  • Hire leaders stronger than yourself. Develop them to grow the business
  • Communicate expectations and support the team to over-achieve goals
