Gulf Coast Closings serves multiple Keller Williams Locations and their agents with pre-transaction and post offer closing facilitation.
We are seeking a strong leader within the Real Estate industry to run and oversee operations for the TC division. This includes handling the actual TC work inside Open to Close while maintaining key relationships and growing the operation by onboarding new agents.
This position is ideal for an applicant with solid knowledge of the real estate closing process, a customer first attitude, and strong real estate experience- who wants to build a business with other proven leaders, possibly leading to ownership over time.
Daily and weekly activities include:
· Acquiring customers internally with the support of staff and ownership
· Sign up and onboard new clients
· Run the systems to support the Transaction Coordination services to clients, including being the first point of contact in handling new files, customers, inquiries or challenges and keeping the agents, assistants and clients informed regarding all aspects of the transaction
· Handling all sales and listing transactions from contract through closing
· Coordinating all closing activities necessary to successfully close the transaction
· Maintaining files and the production, coordination and processing of all information and documents pertaining to each transaction
Over time, the right applicant can earn the right to oversee the business including hiring, accountability, sales systems for new clients and new product development.

Job Requirements
· 3+ yrs Experience in Real Estate or Real Estate Administrative capacity
· Must have Real Estate, Title company or Mortgage experience
