Who You Are:

The Fair Customer Service Representative (Concierge Representative) will provide exceptional customer experience for Fair customer and product users. This position is the point of contact for technical assistance and support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, email, online chat to resolve questions and/or concerns
  • Resolve customer account and technical issues and keep records of resolution status
  • Continuously train on the Fair product to provide impeccable technical support
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment across all departments
  • Maintain customer database and ensure records are updated
  • Follow up with customers to retain relationship and satisfaction

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 3 years of customer service and/or call center experience
  • Experience with phone, email, online chat/text to resolve questions or concerns
  • Proven experience in a customer or client service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with acute attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player who can work independently
  • Resourceful, quick learner
  • Flexible 40-hour week schedule, including able to work one weekend day

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 /hour
