This position contributes to Starbucks success by leading the development and implementation of moderately to highly complex communications programs and projects for Siren Retail through the Siren Retial Marketing team for assigned businesses needs.
As a Producer for the Siren Retail team, you will…
Lead - Set goals for the cross-functional work group, develop organizational capability, and modeling how we work together by identifying and communicating key responsibilities and practices to ensure the working team promots a successful attitude, confidence in leadership and teamwork to achieve business results
Plan & Execute - Develop strategic and operational plans for the work group, manage execution, and measure result.

Knows how to put the customer first
Bachelors degree or 4+ years of US military experience
Experience working at or managing a design/advertising agency, preferred
Experience working in with following programs: Iconosquare, Khoros, Opal Creator Studio, JIRA, JSON Editor and Restaurant Manager
