Express Service Advisor/WriterAL Piemonte NissanAl Piemonte Nissan is looking for a professional and experienced ExpressService Advisor to join us in supporting our dealership staff and customers while assisting us in building and representing our brand. The Automotive Service Adviser helps manage the center of communications for all repair activities and acts as a liaison between customers and the dealership.Acting as the primary point-of-contact for all automotive service matters, he or she must thoroughly understand the customer's problems to set and manage expectations and provide world-class service.

  • Minimum 2+ years experience as an Import Service Advisor. Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills and multitasking ability.
  • Documented performer for CSI scores and service sales.

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive training, and a minimum of two year of dealer-level or large facility experience. He or she has an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and has a strong technical and customer service performance record. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
