Registered Nurse (RN) Team Lead

JMA is looking for a RN Team Lead for our Raleigh location.
The position is responsible for:
- Timely and efficient patient care, including monitoring of clinic/provider schedules for effective workflow;
- Multitasking of duties while making critical clinical decisions to help facilitate the needs in clinic;
- Assist with training of new staff members and provide feedback as needed;
- Assures compliance of all office and clinical policies and procedures;
- Provides intermittent audits of clinical processes and promotes staff development and training;
- Support Clinical Manager and Nursing Supervisor
