Job Title: Field Service Engineer IV
Supports complex Field Service activities in operating environments at depots, training sites, and customer field operations with training, operation, or repair. Applies extensive technical skills in area of proficiency and demonstrates expertise at all types of military and commercial field assignments.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Determines solutions and advises others in resolving a wide variety of moderately complex technical problems
Interfaces directly with senior customer personnel as the primary technical contact on significant issues requiring multiple solutions and coordination across company and customer organizations
Works at remote locations without direct supervision
Communicates clearly (written and oral) with other company personnel and the customer as required
May participate in preparation of proposals
Provides technical knowledge and assistance to other engineers and support personnel

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience; minimum 5+ years’ experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience providing IT services on multiple OS platforms for Microsoft.
CompTia Security + certification required
Working knowledge in Performance Flight Planning Software (PFPS) and Improved Many on Many (IMOM).
Must possess a working knowledge of flight line operations and have a basic understanding of the duties and responsibilities of the Production Superintendent’s role.
Must have a basic understanding of Sortie generation.
Must be able to work seamlessly with Operations and Maintenance personnel to perform modifications to ACFT.
Trained & certified to use AFTO Form 781 series aircraft forms to provide maintenance, inspection, service, configuration status and flight record for aircraft with SAMS-ESA equipment installed.
Trained & certified to sign off work performed for Red Dash, Red Diagonal, and Red X symbols.
Trained & certified in Quality Assurance Standards and Quality Control IAW IPC-A-160 standards.
Must be able to identify, analyze and troubleshoot a wide range of complex technical computer and network related problems effectively and efficiently.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects across the team.
Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for Integration & Testing and Operational assets.
Experience providing IT support to USSOCOM weapons systems.
Demonstrate knowledge of Command & Control systems, Radio Frequency and Datalink communications is highly desired.
Must possess knowledge of SIPRNET and NIPRNET networking hardware and software procedures.
Demonstrate knowledge of SADL and PRC-117G radios, crypto loading, and radio/crypto configuration
Must have a basic understanding of the Integrated Maintenance Data System and be able to update equipment status in the IMDS database.
Knowledge of development, testing and documentation procedures for in-flight systems is highly desired.
Understand relational database structures and possess knowledge of basic SQL commands.
Possess knowledge of and experience applying computer security policy, procedures, and protective measures.
MCSE/RHCE or other advanced certification desired
ITIL v3 Foundation certification highly desired
Excellent communication skills; shows tact, effective listening skills, follow through, is detail-oriented and organized.
Must have a Secret security clearance to start with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)
Lift over 35 LBS
Must meet the minimal standards of fitness for deployment to the CENTCOM, PACOM and AFRICOM area of responsibility (AOR).
Work environment is normally an administrative office and IT Systems integration lab
Annual 90-day deployment rotations will be to an undisclosed OCONUS location. Note: Annual deployment locations may or may not be the same
Must be able to obtain a passport for OCONUS travel requirements
