The Operational Excellence intern will be working in the Finance Department at our corporate center in Effingham, IL, assisting the Director on the Future Bank 2.0 initiative. The intent of this initiative is to improve the efficiency of the Bank by working with cross functional teams that will identify processes requiring improvements, then redefine and implement a streamlined process for efficiency gain.
The internship will run Part-Time throughout the fall semester
Intern must be highly organized, practice self time management, work well as part of a team, be a self-starter and seek clarification when needed
Intern must have basic skill level for MS Office Word, intermediate skill level for MS Office PowerPoint, and have advanced skill level for MS Office Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Intern should have a familiarity with social media, with an emphasis in online research
Ability to pull data from multiple sources and analyze data to generate summary reports is required
Ideal for students studying Business, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, or General Studies
