We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and responding to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Process payments and complete transactions accurately.
- Ensure all customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain the front desk area in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and other services available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 70 per week
