Performs all maintenance duties required within three apartment complexes. Must have own tools to perform all work, have a HS education and own transportation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Maintenance Technician will be responsible, under the Owner, Operations Manager and the Maintenance Lead person for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day to day maintenance operations of all communities, Essential duties include but are not limited to:

  • Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and masonry.
  • Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors.
  • Make units ready for new move ins.
  • Responsible and share in 24-hour maintenance when needed.
  • Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, dog waste removal, sweeping and light landscaping as needed.
  • Sewer Pump clean out.
  • Special projects as directed by owner and management such as ordering and purchasing maintenance items.
  • Painting under the direction of Steve Tracey.


Job Requirements

Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors, supervisors and fellow employees. Maintenance Tech must have necessary tools to effectively complete tasks outlined above. One must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effectively and cooperative working relationships. Technician must be willing to travel to other properties as needed. All employees will be subject to drug testing before employment and random drug testing throughout employment that follow Federal guidelines. We have a 90-day probationary period for all employees.


High school education or GED

Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
