*Job Summary
We are looking for talented and dependable writers to join our ghostwriting team. The more impressive your credentials, the higher the rate of pay will be, though we are looking for any highly talented writer.

We have a set pay rate for ghostwriting projects, based on experience, which ranges typically ranges between $7,000 and $50,000/book, depending on experience and accolades of the writer.

You will be offered projects that best fit your interests and expertise.

You will report to our Senior Editor, who will also assist with reviewing and editing drafts as they are completed.

  • Most projects do not come with credit or royalties of any kind (though some do)
  • You will be given a KAA-email that must be used exclusively when engaging with our clients
  • You will need to utilize our call-in meeting host system whenever facilitating client calls
  • You will report to our Senior Editor and the rest of our management team
  • Revisions may be requested of you by our Senior Editor and these are expected to be completed in order to consider the task complete and receive payment for the work
  • We typically pay a small fee upfront with various milestone payments paid throughout the writing process as material is delivered and deemed acceptable by the Senior Editor
  • Missed deadlines are grounds for immediate dismissal and potential loss of pay
  • Proximity to our New York, Nashville or LA office preferred
