Customer Service Responsibilities:
Assist with customers
Process customer payments.
Call/Notify customers of completed orders to be picked up.
Check status on open promo orders for Sales Department. (Green Alerts daily, Standard orders every other day)
Call vendors attached to order
Verify proof has been sent, approved, or pending.
Verify payment has been placed on vendors needing pre-payment.
Log status and who you spoke with in orders notes.
Create research presentations.
Build customer quotes.
Process approved quotes.
Complete order entry.
Possible account maintenance.
Follow up with Clients for any Service related issues or questions
Customer Service Requirements:
Has excellent interpersonal skills
Possess exceptional customer service skills
Comfortable triaging emergency phone calls
Comfortable with technology-fax, email, scanning documents, and Microsoft Excel.
Self-motivated and well-organized.
