Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator provide best-in-class experience to all those involved in the recruiting processes for professional, management and executive recruitment. As an integral role supporting the recruiting function, the TA Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of client service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process.

This position will require the TA Coordinator to develop an understanding of recruiting processes and technology, sector benefits, relocation policy, offer letters, onboarding, and other related activities in support of the assigned TA team.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment support for TA leadership including the posting of job requisitions and the preparing of offer letters.
Conducting system data and compliance audits, and supporting the efficient running of recruitment processes.
Organizing interviews (including video interviews) on behalf of TA Leadership and confirming times with candidates and hiring managers.
Assist with the preparation of panel interview questions, situations, and materials, while maintaining a library of panel interview resources.
Maintain team organizational charts and communication lists.
Assist TA Leadership in the design and preparation of meeting presentations, reports, SOPs, SLAs, communication memos, and agendas
Upload team KPIs and assist with the annual performance reporting/submittal process.
Assist with the coordination and booking of candidate travel.
Manage the collection of data for the SharePoint site and team SmartSheet.
Assist with research and projects as needed.
Manage the schedule for new recruiter onboarding, orientation activities and the ordering of equipment. Maintain the inventory of the equipment assigned to the team members.
Provide administrative support including tracking attendance, preparing and copying materials, ordering supplies, event planning, and expense report management.
Assist with Outlook scheduling for TA Leadership.
Provide backup support to other coordinators and support staff.
Assist TA leadership by assisting with the logistics and administrative support for interview days and recruiting events

Proven ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature utilizing strong organizational skills with a focus on details and accuracy.
Proven efficiency in a high volume, repetitive work environment.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and complete high volume of assigned work accurately.
Demonstrated success in working effectively and efficiently under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of the organization and communicate effectively regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Proven ability to take the initiative and build strong and productive personal relationships.
Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and customer-service orientation skills, with the motivation and ability to function independently or as a team member.
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or Communications.
Prior internship and/or one to two years of experience in HR, recruiting, project, or program coordination.
Experience with HR Information Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and related report generation experience a plus.
Understanding and compliance with applicable federal and state recruitment regulations including OFCCP and EEOC.
