Colonial Life, a nationalwork-site voluntary benefits and enrollment company specializing in bottom-line impacting employer and HR services, is looking to bring on a new sales manager with long-term career interests.

The AGENCY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER responsibilities will be the following:

  • Train, mentor, and motivate ateam of sales agents with the help of corporate partners in the form of recruiting and training support
  • Business-to-business employee benefits sales
  • Source, attract, interview, and select quality individuals to join the company
  • Field training/joint field work with agency team
  • Conduct sales meetings and orientations for new and veteran sales agents

Prerequisites:

  • Passion for people development
  • 1 year of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in leading a staff/team of sales agents
  • Recruiting experience (Preferred)
  • Life & Accident/Health Insurance License (Not required to apply but must be willing to obtain)
  • Strong work ethic

Training and development will be provided as part of a structured onboarding and development system known as District Development Program. Placement will be determined by an intentional selection process and leadership analysis.

  • Missouri Life and Health Insurance (Preferred)
