We are seeking an Administrative Specialist to join our team at the Inquiries Screening location.

The Administrative Specialist will have the opportunity to learn our business by working within four operating divisions of the company. This is a great opportunity to learn our business, interact with key clients and interface with our key corporate partners. Our organization is growing and we are looking for talent to grow with us!
Job duties include:
Conducting research for criminal cases
Assisting applicants via email/telephone
Conducting the fingerprinting process for client accounts
Assisting leadership with sales and marketing activities
General office duties as requested
Successful candidates must possess:
Prior customer service experience, preferably within a high-volume corporate environment
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
Superior customer service skills with an emphasis on clear, concise and highly professional verbal communication abilities
Comfort navigating new system programs
Ability to multi-task in a high volume environment
High school diploma or equivalent required. Secondary degree strongly preferred

The hours for this position will be Monday - Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. The hourly rate is $12.00.
