Position Overview:
Responsible for recruiting and staffing of temporary employees for Consilio Services, the staffing agency division of Consilio. Helps implement and/or maintain employment and other recruiting and sourcing programs. Interviews and screens applicants and conducts reference checks. Conducts employment advertising campaigns and programs. Maintains college recruiting and career development programs. May function as technical specialists, sourcing, recruiting and identifying candidates for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract positions, usually requiring extensive search.

Responsible for the delivery of recruiting services and programs including the identification and recruitment of individuals to fill open positions in a timely and cost-effective manner
Responsible for continuously sourcing applicants for potential openings; maintaining a pipeline of qualified individuals
Responsible for staffing temporary projects in a timely and cost effective manner
Responsible for recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and degree verifications
Maintains reports of recruiting activity, including projections of future activity
Fully utilizing and maintaining candidate, applicant, and new hire databases
Conducts high quantity of in-person evaluation interviews for candidates
Implements effective practices for checking references of potential employees, including degree verifications and approved background checks
Answers candidate inquires throughout the application process
Maintains relationships with candidates to ensure successful subsequent placements
Demonstrates knowledge of local terms and conditions of employment and benefits.

BA degree required, JD preferred
Minimum of two years work experience in eDiscovery or temporary staffing agencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment tools, databases, or applications
Strong analytical, research, systemic thinking, and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills and judgement to effectively manage simultaneous priorities.
Effective relationship-building skills; interpersonal skills; track record of consistent leadership.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation)
Maintains high quality standards and attention to detail in work product
Aptitude to learn quickly and adapt to multiple subject matters
Consultants may be asked to mentor or share experiences with peers.

May travel up to 5%.
Ability to work overtime with little notice
