Position Summary & Responsibilities:
This Public Service Executive I (MCO Mgr, K0221830) position is a relationship Manager: Assesses and manages each assigned MCO for overall performance by monitoring and measuring key outcomes. Accomplish assessment and monitoring by examining relevant data and reports, onsite inspections, audits and periodic meetings with MCO management and staff. Manage issues by using/implementing federal, state, and department policies, procedures, and applicable strategic plan actions.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Ongoing Improvement: Recommends improvements in each assigned MCO to achieve short-term and long-term goals that coincide with the agency’s goals, vision, and strategic plan objectives. Develop recommendations by reviewing and understanding the mission, vision, and strategic plan objectives of the agency to provide the framework for program planning and analyses. Examine relevant data, reimbursement, and coverage issues for effectiveness, efficiency, and quality. Uses various stakeholders for input regarding future services.

High School or GED
One year of experience in planning, organizing and directing the work of a department, program or agency. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
Valid Driver's License - Incumbent is required to have and maintain a valid driver's license when operating a state vehicle, a private vehicle, or a rental vehicle for the benefit of the State.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
