SoFi is looking for an experienced Talent Operations Manager to own, drive, and at times create, infrastructure, systems, processes, reporting, and scalable solutions that enable our Talent Acquisition team to perform at their highest levels. This individual will make data-driven decisions and provide meaningful insights to optimize the efforts of our recruiting team across hiring for every function of the business. They will partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to launch strategic projects and bring operational excellence that enables SoFi to continue to build the best culture in the world by ensuring that we are hiring the right people for the right jobs.
What you’ll do:
Coach and develop our talented Recruiting Coordinators
Leverage previous experience, data, and strong relationships with TA Leadership to identify opportunities to build and scale processes that improve the function of the TA Team
Own and manage vendor relations for the People Team, including contract negotiation, approvals, renewals, vetting of new vendors, and ongoing vendor management
Drive impact measurement of our initiatives and work through quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback to ensure we are focused and delivering to our full potential
Create scalable training that makes our recruiting team more effective (i.e. standardized templates and FAQs, self-service tutorials, training and feedback) in skills such as creating effective interview processes, pitching and closing candidates, etc.
Drive the improvement of candidate and hiring manager experience by soliciting and actioning on feedback in a thoughtful and scalable manner
What you’ll need:
You have 5+ years of relevant experience in the talent acquisition field, with 3+ years of experience in managing and coaching individual contributors
You are a creative problem solver who is able to thrive in an ambiguous environment

You are able to balance many different high-priority tasks with ease
You have an eye for opportunities to innovate and action on improvements
Influencing key stakeholders is part of your DNA, because you love to build trusted relationships with those you partner with• You are an exceptional communicator in both written and verbal interactions with people at all levels; clear and courageous in giving tough but supportive feedback when needed
