Position Title: Director Sales Training (9E)

The Head of Sales Training for Crown Castle will set the vision and strategy to accelerate the performance of our sales organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Innovation & Learning, this director-level role will partner with key business stakeholders to design, develop and deploy high-impact learning solutions that drive revenue across the entire sales life cycle.
What you’ll lead:
The development of an informed strategy for sales training, resulting roadmap and rollout plan to bring it the strategy from concept to product
A team to design, develop, and deliver the program across instructor-led, live-online, and digitally on-demand solutions
The innovative application of learning technology to advance and scale the sales training program
What you’ll manage:
Diverse requirements, stakeholders and interests across our business and sales teams
Multiple, concurrent training programs to support Crown Castle selling verticals
What you’ll do:
Equip and coach sales teams and leaders to drive elite performance and continual improvement
Align your attention & time to efforts that drive financial impact
Identify select industry & technology partners where proprietary selling and/or training frameworks are needed

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
Master’s Degree or MBA a plus
Formal Training Certification a plus
Ten (10) plus years of experience in sales training, program development and leadership including knowledge of adult learning principles
Experience building/delivering best in class professional sales training programs, training at scale, overseeing curriculum development, and experience evaluating sales programs
Demonstrated success in a prior enterprise cross-selling/business development role
Knowledge of shared infrastructure services, telecom or wireless preferred
