How will you make an impact in this role?
The Colleague Experience Group (CEG) seeks to provide a great colleague experience every day. The Director Assistant – Global Compensation will support the SVP, Global Compensation and serve as a key member of the Global Compensation Leadership Team. The Director Assistant is responsible for strategic planning, executive communications, and managing projects and processes critical to the efficient operations of this global team.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding leadership, strategic thinking, influencing, and communication skills. This candidate needs to have a proven record of working at a fast pace and operating both independently and within a high-performing, global team environment.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic support on a broad range of complex initiatives and projects, including organizational change, talent management, annual CEG processes and creation of presentations for Executive audiences

Support SVP, Global Compensation and Global Compensation Leadership Team with overall planning, management, and strategic development for respective teams
- Collaborate closely with leaders across Global Compensation and Colleague Total Rewards and Well-being to drive strategic agenda and ensure alignment on relevant decisions and projects
- Act as central point of contact for urgent priorities and initiatives

Manage day-to-day operations (e.g., building and managing templates, managing processes, overseeing recruitment, etc.)
- Lead special ad hoc projects, including complex reporting analyses and insights

Own budget oversight and tracking
- Manage and participate in key meetings including organizing meetings, developing objectives and material, coordinating follow-ups, etc.

Represent the team on broader CEG related activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Exceptional qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of recommendations)

Strong strategic thinker: ability to build sound strategies using leading practice frameworks for the full strategic development cycle; focused on meaningful business outcomes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with exceptional ability to translate ideas and thoughts in written presentations, including strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)

Be a highly motivated self-starter who is able to drive results and get things done in a self-directed manner, with excellent organizational skills and careful attention to detail
- Experience working in a large/matrixed environment and operating with cross-functional teams, internal and external partners
- Ability to efficiently prioritize, escalate appropriately, manage tight deadlines and changing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of integrity, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality

A commitment to continuous learning demonstrated through education e.g. a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, followed by approximately 8 years of related experience

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
