General Job Description

Pay / Compensation:
Pay period starts on Sunday and ends on Saturday
Guarantee pay of 2300 miles at .60 per mile as long as they are available for dispatch the entire
week and don’t have late loads that are on them or do anything that prevents them for working
a full week (ex. Driver goes out on WC or has an accident causing him to miss a load). The only
time the guarantee wouldn’t come into play is if it’s a holiday week or a week where there is
only 4 working days and we don’t run a full week. Guarantee is based off of a five day work
week. 5 day work week example: Leave say Sunday 1600 work week would end Friday 1600 as
long as driver was available during that time would receive guarantee.
Ex if do everything above on 5 day work week guarantee of $1,380 a week
IF the above is not met aka driver does something to prevent them from achieving 2300 they
will be paid at .58 cents a mile instead and a manual adjustment will be made.
Please note that if it is a holiday week or 4 day week drivers will be paid at the .58 mark
HOWEVER and will not be guaranteed 2300 miles.
Ex a holiday week or four day work week would be all miles paid at .58 up to the 2300 mark. IF
a driver somehow still hit 2300 for the week they would be paid at the .60 mark for all miles.
