If you’re comfortable with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, this position will be right up your alley– more than 60% of our new customers are referred to us through social media. We speak with families that reach out to us looking for a healthier, more convenient way to feed their families.

Heartland Home Foods is a Farm-to-Table food services company with an existing footprint throughout Maryland, DC, Virginia and recently expanded into South Carolina. We sell All-Natural food directly to consumers, with complimentary delivery. Our Direct Sales approach provides healthier, better tasting food than can typically be found at the local grocery store. Our service is a good fit for today’s fast-paced lifestyle and families who are short on time but still want to serve nutritious, wholesome meals.

Because of the strong consumer interest in healthier eating and our consultative selling approach, our company-wide sales closing rate exceeds 72%, with a 63% customer referral rate. We are growing aggressively in 2018 and are seeking sales professionals to join our winning team.

Commission potential for average producers typically ranges from $60,000 - $100,000 your first year, with Top Producers earning more than $200,000. We are interested in individuals with the potential for career pathing opportunities into sales management as we look to expand throughout the Southeast. We offer a strong training and development program with personal mentoring from our senior sales coaches.
