The Learning Team within HR Talent Development Center of Excellence is seeking a self-starting, detail-minded, results driven professional who can coordinate, plan, and manage the logistics and operations of enterprise training and development programs.
The successful candidate will work closely with the learning and development teams ensuring that our operations are not only efficient, but are also supporting positive learning experiences for employees. This means employees understand the training opportunities available, how to get enrolled, what to do and where to go, and who to call if they need help. The successful candidate will manage the enterprise-wide learning calendar, help brand and market courses and programs to internal employees, monitor and track registration and attendance, support onsite training delivery, and distribute post-training evaluations. The successful candidate will also be the “go-to-person” for all employee inquires related to training.
Frequent travel within the Baltimore-Washington area and other locations, mostly within the United States, will be required. Virtual work options possible within this role.

Administers various training programs.
Coordinates logistics for courses to include preparing course materials, room set-up, and other instructor requirements.
Conducts follow up evaluations to determine effectiveness of documented processes, course material, and delivery.
Assist with work on HR training-related projects and be part of a team approach to solving workplace problems.
Participates in the development and implementation of new programs.
Supports the linkage of online and self-directed resources through classroom based learning.
Utilizes computer-based training development systems, including Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, PowerPoint, and comparable software.
Maintains current knowledge of emerging trends and technologies related to professional development and training.
Supports knowledge management of the learning function and warehouses materials and training archives.
Participates in special projects as required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
2-5 years of related experience in professional development and training.
Effective administrative and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Knowledge of general human resources practices and procedures.
