Desired experience includes: mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, private equity transactions, capital formation, and representation of publicly traded and significant privately held companies in complex corporate matters.

Requirements for the Corporate Attorney (Associate)

3+ years of experience as an attorney - corporate
Excellent academic credentials
Licensed in TN or eligible to immediately waive in
Prior experience as an associate or counsel in the corporate practice group of a highly respected full service corporate law firm is highly preferred
Outstanding references

Type of role: Dependent on candidate (permanent partner-track associate, interim-to-hire or consulting role)
Schedule: Full-time, but will consider outstanding part-time candidates
