Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, focusing on both sales and production. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing production schedules, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building a team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and residential air duct cleaning, sales management, production operations, and team leadership within the service industry. Special consideration will be given to those candidates with NADCA certification(s).
Key Responisbilities:
Sales Management:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and revenue goals.

Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Production Management:

Oversee the scheduling and execution of air duct cleaning services to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies necessary for production activities.

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.

Address and resolve any production-related issues or customer complaints promptly.

Capable of performing all tasks associated with our services, especially during the initial growth period of the region.
Team Leadership:

Recruit, hire, and train new employees to build a strong, skilled team.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.

Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Financial Management:

Prepare and manage the branch budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability.

Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.

Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Customer Relations:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery and follow-up.

Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred, but not required).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and production management, preferably within the service industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

Knowledge of air duct cleaning services or related industries is a plus.
