Job summary

This position provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

Summary of essential job functions

Maintains employee data in the HRIS and other business applications
Creates and maintains employee and department files
Assists with the day to day functions of the HR department and other projects as needed, including but not limited to:
§ Unemployment claims

§ Employment verifications

§ Vendor maintenance

§ Annual benefits enrollment

Minimum requirements

Three to five years Human Resources experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
Flexibility to assist in all areas of the HR Department as needed
Good knowledge and experience using ADP Enterprise or Peoplesoft
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive matters regarding payroll, benefits and employee issues.
