Cash Management & Loan Servicing Manager will be responsible for guiding FirstService Financial in the pursuit of driving revenue, revenue, and profitability growth by managing the overall relationships with our clients. The manager must be a self-starter and possess the ability to work both independently and cohesively within a team environment. The manager will create strategic plans to obtain new clients, recommend areas for value-add opportunities, conduct submarket and property-level comparable research reports, and interface with property managers.
Excellent organizational skills
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent related experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform and present an analysis of the association's financial position and recommend changes to improve yield or increase insured funds.
Manage the association loan procurement process, negotiate terms, produce and present comparisons to make recommendations to the board and management.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve yearly sales goals.
Establish and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
Present monthly/quarterly reports to management and sales teams.
Perform any range of special projects, tasks, and other related duties assigned by the Vice President.
Develop, market, and implement strategies to increase penetration, facilitate organic growth, and maximize revenue for all cash management and loan initiatives.
Analyze historical operating statements, budgets, and loan agreements, as well as current market conditions, to determine financial underwriting assumptions.
Establish and develop relationships and an ongoing business development strategy.
Develop close and collaborative relationships with the board and management.
Gather and track critical financial data points for research and negotiation purposes.
Capable of working extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Able to see well enough to read faint or partially obscured writing or printing, with corrective lenses if needed.
Must be able to speak English in a clear and understandable voice so that various types of communications may be conducted with people of different levels of education and capabilities, to include the exchange and receipt of information over the telephone.
Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying, and moving objects that can weigh up to 15 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the day.
Must be able to interact with all types of individuals, be mentally alert, detail-oriented, and with good reasoning skills.
Must have finger dexterity for typing/using a keyboard.
