We seek a dynamic, experienced Account Executive, with a passion for executing sales strategies, maximizing profitability and accelerating growth, to join our Ryka team.

We seek people who:
  • Develop business strategies to achieve key account revenue and profitability objectives
  • Drive net sales and profitability by monitoring sales trends and inventory for accuracy and discrepancies
  • Travel extensively to visit current accounts and identify new accounts, quickly maximizing opportunities and anticipating needs of key accounts
  • Monitor account budgets and forecast returns, allowances and advertising funding
  • Effectively partner with Demand Planning to create sales forecasts
  • Maximize brand awareness, executing effective marketing strategies for key accounts
We seek people with these qualifications:
  • Wholesale sales experience in footwear, apparel or similar fashion product category
  • Passion for product and product relevancy
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong understanding of retail planning
  • Ability to set strategy and prioritize tasks
  • System savviness, ability to learn new tools, processes and systems quickly
  • Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Strong partnering and problem solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
