Responsibilities include: performing check-in/out services for hotel guests, answering and assisting with guest requests, routing calls, answering reservation calls, coordinating with Housekeeping, Engineering and various other departments of the hotel to insure superior guest satisfaction.
You must be friendly, well-spoken and customer-oriented above all! You must be able to speak conversational English and you must definitely be proficient and comfortable with computer usage.
Also, you must be able to accurately multi-task and remain calm and focused in high-volume situations.
Professional appearance and behavior are musts as well!

Prior experience in hotel front desk and/or reservations or customer service strongly preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
