Job Title: Meetings and Events Coordinator
Assist busy Meetings Management team with all logistics related to large pharmaceutical training meetings, advisory boards, and web trainings. Candidate must be organized and able to multi-task. Professional written and verbal communication skills a must. Knowledge of functionality of Zoom platform helpful.
Willingness to travel nationwide to assist at events a plus, but not mandatory. This is a flexible remote/in-office position that requires attendance at our New Jersey office several times per week.
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree required. Full benefits including 401K.
