This role will offer you:

- This is a full-time role and travel involved to several schools in multiple districts in Cecil County, MD along with schools in New castle and Kent counties in DE
In this role you will:
- Provide school consultation to public and private schools in Delaware and northern Maryland
- Conduct FBAs and develop behavior support plans for individual students engaging in high risk behavior
- Train teachers and paraeducators to implement behavior plans. Monitor fidelity of implementation and track progress
- Give trainings to school-based staff on behavioral interventions
- Provide systems-level consultation to special education programs serving students with intensive needs. Work with school leadership to define universal educational practices for autistic support and other specialized settings.
