Technical Recruiting Sourcer (Contract or Perm)

Point B is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiting Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. The Sourcer will focus in the areas of candidate talent search and placement, as well as talent acquisition process improvement. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture, that ensures delivery of an efficient, effective, quality driven service to find great hires for Point B.

What you’ll get to do:
Partner with Hiring Managers and Market, SL and Industry Leaders to understand and drive talent attraction, achieve hiring needs
Attract talent in a way that creates a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Resource Management, Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers) to fill critical technology roles for the company
Executive best practices and strategies to attract top talent

What we expect you’ve already done:
5+ years of corporate and/or agency technical recruiting experience, preferably in a consulting environment
Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
Experience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.
Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheets
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree
